Echilibrarea rotorului este, prin urmare necesara pentru a atinge unul sau mai multi parameterii de fiabilitate si siguranta in functionare a agregatului rotativ:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"width: 100% !important;\">\n<li>Cresterea duratei de viata a lagarelor;<\/li>\n<li>Minimizarea vibratiilor si, ca o consecinta, reducerea defectelor datorita oboselii componentelor;<\/li>\n<li>Reducerea zgomotelor induse;<\/li>\n<li>Scaderea eforturilor induse din timpul functionarii echipamentului;<\/li>\n<li>Diminuarea stresului si obosealii operatorului provocate de zgomote si vibratii;<\/li>\n<li>Reducerea pierderilor de putere;<\/li>\n<li>Cresterea calitatii produsului;<\/li>\n<li>Satisfactia personalului de exploatare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Astfel, dezechilibru dintr-o singura componenta rotativa a unui ansamblu poate provoca intregul ansamblu sa vibreze. Aceasta vibratie indusa, la randul sau poate duce la uzura excesiva in lagare, bucse, arbori, etc., si la reducerea substantiala a duratei lor de viata. Aceste vibratii induse de dezechilibru pot provoca efecte extrem de nedorite in elementele structurale care conduc in cele din urma la defectarea lor completa. In plus, vibratiile pot fi transmise prin fundatie la utilajele rotative invecinate si pot afecta serios functionarea corespunzatoare.<\/p>\n<p>(Practical Machinery Management for Process Plants, Volume 3, Second Edition &#8211; Machinery Component Maintenance and Repair \u2013 Heinz P.
